2. Description of Services

f3Coding offers web development services, including but not limited to:

Institutional website creation
Online store development (e-commerce)
Conversion landing pages
Custom web systems
Maintenance and technical support
Technology consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Information Provision

The client must provide all information, content, images, and materials necessary for project development clearly and within the established deadlines.

3.2 Approvals and Feedback

The client must review and approve or request changes to deliverables within the deadline established in the project timeline.

3.3 Payments

The client must make payments according to the agreed schedule. Payment delays may result in suspension of work.

4. f3Coding Responsibilities

4.1 Development

We are committed to developing the project according to the agreed specifications, using best development practices.

4.2 Deadlines

We will make all efforts to meet the established deadlines, provided that the client provides the necessary information within the timeline.

4.3 Support

We offer a warranty period for bug fixes and technical issues as specified in each project's contract.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Rights

After full payment of the project, the client acquires the rights to use the final product developed, including custom design and specific functionalities.

5.2 f3Coding Rights

We retain rights to methodologies, proprietary frameworks, and generic technical solutions developed by our team.

5.3 Portfolio

We reserve the right to include the project in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

f3Coding will not be liable for:

Data loss due to third-party failures (hosting, providers, etc.)
Issues arising from unauthorized modifications to code
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue or lost profits
Content provided by the client that violates third-party rights

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 Client Cancellation

The client may cancel the project with written notice. Work already completed will be charged proportionally.

8.2 Termination by f3Coding

We may terminate the contract in case of non-payment, provision of false information, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
